DebtFreeMe is a debt payoff planner operated by DEBTFREEME LLC (Oak Point, Texas, United States). You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, right here, without contacting us.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes all of the following, permanently:
- Your login and account, including Google or Apple sign-in
- Your profile: name, email address, and photo
- Every debt you added, with balances, APRs, and minimum payments
- Your full payment history and any notes attached to it
- Saved what-if scenarios and recurring payment plans
- Your app settings, notification preferences, and registered devices
What we keep, and for how long
Nothing, beyond the short window our infrastructure needs. Deletion is immediate and permanent: we erase your record from our live systems the moment you confirm, and there is no archive, no soft-delete, and no recovery window. The only remaining copies are routine encrypted infrastructure backups, which roll off within 30 days; we never use them to restore a deleted account. We keep nothing for marketing, we do not sell your data, and we will not email you again.
Two ways to delete
1. Do it yourself. Use the form below. Enter the email address on your account, type the 6-digit code we send you, then type DELETE to confirm. Works for every account, including ones created with Google or Apple sign-in, because every DebtFreeMe account has a verified email.
2. Ask us. If you cannot complete the form, email support@debtfree-me.com from the email address on your account. We delete the account and all of its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
You can also delete your account from inside the app, under Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete account.
